Make: Summer Fling Cocktail

Here’s a bright and colourful wine cocktail to share at a picnic outdoors or when entertaining at home. Flip it for a sweet treat and substitute Moscato for Pinot Grigio!
Ingredients
The Wine
- 100ml 18EN Pinot Grigio
The Rest
- 15ml orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau)
- 1 slice of whole lemon
- Ice
- Small handful of seasonal summer berries (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, blueberries.
Method
In a mason jar or rocks glass muddle the lemon and the orange liqueur together. Add ice, berries & top with Pinot Grigio.
