Brown Brothers Head Chef Bodee Price is joining forces with Nick Mahlook from Sodafish, Lakes Entrance to bring a series of special “Ocean to Garden” dinners to life in celebration of our shared passion for fresh, sustainable and low food miles produce.
Nick Mahlook of Sodafish (previously The Atlantic at Crown and Stokehouse in St Kilda) will bring his seafood skills to the country for an enticing seafood dinner at Brown Brothers Winery, Bodee Price then heads to the coast for a lesson in all things home-grown and sustainable – bringing a taste of Milawa to the seaside restaurant, Sodafish.
A special set-course menu will be the hero of the night, with both dinners showcasing just how plentiful food from the land and sea can be.
