Head Chef Bodee Price is passionate about shaking things up in the kitchen to create an exciting and innovative dining experience. He proudly uses fresh, seasonal ingredients from local producers that celebrate our region and shine a spotlight on modern Australian cuisine.
Renowned for his ingenuity as well as his talents in the kitchen, Bodee brings with him over a decade of experience earned from working in some of the world’s finest restaurants across Australia, the UK and Canada.
Offering a carefully curated selection of fine dining delights, the menu at Patricia’s Table has been designed with our wines at the forefront; each menu item comes with a recommended matched wine to complement the flavours of the dish.
In the spirit of modern Australian cooking our menu changes regularly based on the seasonality and availability of produce, and to allow for new wine releases to be showcased.
