We’re thrilled to be pouring some of our favourite Prosecco styles alongside more than 50 delicious sparkling wines from Italy and right here in Australia at the beautiful Abbotsford Convent on Saturday 28 February 2026. With sessions running 11:00 am–3:00 pm and 4:30 pm–8:30 pm, there’s plenty of time to explore, sip and savour.
