Ocean to Garden Dinner

Brown Brothers Executive Chef Bodee Price has once again joined forces with Townsville's A Touch of Salt's Executive Chef Michael Brine to bring yet another special Ocean to Garden dinner to life, this February.

Bringing together the best of both worlds - Brown Brothers Kitchen Garden led by Bodee and Michael's exceptional seafood skills - the dinner will feature a curated four course meal with matched wines. The night will be hosted by Bodee and Michael, who both like chat as much as they love spending time in the kitchen, you can also expect a few surprises on night.

Following on from the sell-out event in Townsville in July 2023, we can't wait to welcome Michael down to Milawa for the first time.
