Discover some of Brown Brothers’ most iconic and rare back vintage wines in this exclusive private tasting, featuring treasures carefully cellared over decades — including the exceptional Cellar Collection Grand Muscadelle. Guided by one of our experienced wine hosts, this fully curated tasting is paired with house-made cheese, charcuterie, crostini and seasonal produce from our kitchen garden, each element thoughtfully chosen to complement these premium wines.

This intimate experience takes place in Tom’s Room, a beautifully restored space within our Cellar Door. Originally built in 1902 by John Francis Brown as a working distillery, the room later became the labelling hub for cellar door sales in the 1950s and '60s.

Renamed in honour of Tom Seabrook—a beloved member of the Brown Brothers team who worked at the cellar door in the 1970s—this space celebrates his legacy. A passionate educator and early advocate of pairing food with wine, Tom helped shape the way we share our wines today. His portrait hangs proudly in the room that now bears his name.
