The legacy of Patricia continues year after year, where enigmatic and beautifully expressive wines come to life. First launched in 2003, the Patricia range today is a culmination of the very best in viticulture and winemaking, and with each new release comes a range of wine celebrated not just for its matriarchal heritage, but its dedication to the hardy and time-honoured journey from vineyard to bottle.
PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE
Made in our experimental Kindergarten Winery, the wines in our flagship Patricia range are beautifully expressive, complex, and the result of meticulous craft. Like all good things, winemaking too requires patience, and it is through this pursuit of excellence that we continue to produce a collection of wines of a truly outstanding calibre.
And if it doesn’t meet the standards of Patricia, it simply won’t bear her name.
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE LABEL
Our matriarch and driving force behind the growth, prosperity, and culture at Brown Brothers, Patricia was an inspiration to all who knew her.

To celebrate her bold and generous spirit, we released our flagship Patricia range in 2003. And just like our memory of her, these wines are distinctly unique and full of life – built upon the core family values that have been passed down through generations.
For 20 years we've paid homage to Patricia with the annual release of her namesake wines, and in 2023 the celebrations continue with the first taste of an exclusive limited release wine, available to purchase online only or from our Milawa cellar door.
Handcrafted using premium Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes from the King Valley, 12 years on lees has led to this moment: a rare and exquisite sparkling wine that shines with bright citrus notes, a toasty palate, and nutty complexity.
