Recommended food pairings: Try it with lightly battered whiting fillets served with kipfler potatoes and fresh lemon juice. Or why not have it with a Sashimi platter and pickled ginger. If you like cheese, try a triple brie and green apple
Growing Conditions: The grapes were harvested in March 2021.
Winemaking notes: The grapes were destemmed and split to release the juice then gently pressed to tank. The fermentation was done in stainless steel on light lees.
