Colour: | The wine has a bright vibrant colour with a youthful green hue. |
Aroma: | The Sparkling Moscato has lifted musk aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a sherbet perfume. |
Palate: | The palate also shows these characters along with a tight citrus core that balances the fruitiness of this refreshing full sparkling wine. |

Recommended food pairings: The Sparkling Moscato is delicate and fresh and a great way to get any dinner party occasion off and running. With food it is fantastic with a plate of light cheese like camembert or brie and thin slices of apple and pear. For something savoury try it with a Thai green curry that is loaded with fresh coriander and chilli.

Winemaker: Cate Looney
Winemaking notes: The wine went through fermentation in the Charmat method to get the desired bubble and was bottled soon after this with an alcohol of 6.5%, a pH of 3.2 and an acid level of 5.5g/L.
