*The wine is approximately 30% lighter in alcohol and 25% lower in calories than Brown Brothers Origins Series Sauvignon Blanc.

Recommended food pairings: Refreshingly Light Sauvignon Blanc makes a delicious accompaniment to steamed asparagus with pancetta and pecorino. Or why not try it with a traditional snake bean and corn seeded mustard salad. Sauvignon Blanc also enjoyed with the salty and high acid goats cheese.
Growing Conditions: The Sauvignon Blanc grapes used to make this wine were grown at our cool climate Tasmanian vineyards. The grapes for this wine were harvested throughout March and April.
Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 9.0%. Vegan-friendly.
