A textural and crisp white wine with aromas of savoury pear and fresh peach, this delightfully dry white has the personality to shine on its own, or pair perfectly with your favourite antipasto.

Growing Conditions: The Pinot Grigio grapes used to make this wine were grown in the upper reaches of the King Valley including 80% from our own Banksdale vineyard. The fruit was harvested from mid-February to early April at baumé levels ranging from 12.5 to 13.5
Winemaking Notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation and was completed with an alcohol of 12.5%. Vegan-friendly.
