This wine is the ultimate marriage of the two grape varieties! It has all the fresh and fruity flavours of Moscato balanced beautifully with hints of grapefruit and passionfruit.
Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced exotic flavours. It would also be fantastic with spicy char grilled marinated chicken bites or why not try it with stir-fry pork and green beans.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Sauvignon Blanc from Tasmania. The grapes were harvested from mid February to early April 2018 at baumés ranging from 11 to 12.5.

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 7.0%, a pH of 3.21 and an acid level of 5.7 g/L.
