Palate: | On the palate, the wine is racy and vibrant with pear cider notes and balancing acidity. This is a wine that is made for drinking in its youth so enjoy over the next two years. |

Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced apple and pear flavours. It would also be fantastic with pan fried chimichurri flathead fillets or why not try it with a ripe brie cheese with fresh pear segments.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and a smaller percentage of cool climate Pinot Grigio. The grapes were harvested from late February to early April 2020 at baumés ranging from 10.6 to 12.7.
Winemaker: Katherine Brown
Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 6.0%, a pH of 3.16 and an acid level of 5.2 g/L.
