Recommended food pairings: This Sparkling wine is delicate and fresh and a great way to get any dinner party occasion off and running. With food it is fantastic with a plate of light cheese like camembert or brie and thin slices of apple and pear. For something savoury try it with a Thai green curry that is loaded with fresh coriander and chilli.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The grapes were harvested from late February to early April 2021 at baumés ranging from 10.5 to 13.2.
Winemaking notes: The wine went through fermentation in the Charmat method to get the desired bubble and was bottled soon after this with an alcohol of 6.5%.
