The 2014 Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful yet elegant red wine, displaying aromas of black currant, dark plums and some dusty tannins.
It has a depth of colour and flavour showing tremendous concentration that makes a delicious partner to a wide variety of meat dishes. Cellar for up to eight years from vintage.

Growing Conditions: The 2014 Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from a number of sites throughout Victoria including Western Victorian, Bendigo and King Valley. It was harvested in parcels from early to mid-April at a range of baumé levels from 13.0 to 14.0.
Winemaker: Geoff Alexander
Winemaking notes: Different parcels of the wine spent 18 months in French oak barriques of which 60% was new. It was bottled with an alcohol of 13.5%, a pH of 3.47 and an acid level of 6.3g/L.
