Pinot Noir Rosé 2021
$25.00
In stock
This is a dry Rosé that’s fruit-driven and ruby blush in colour. Ultra-smooth and savoury on the palate with bright floral notes and a hint if watermelon.
A Rosé that’s uniquely Tasmanian, from a place unlike anywhere else.

“73/27% Kayena/ Hazards vineyards; 30% fermented with oak. The inaugural 2020 was one of my favourite rosés of the year and 2021 upholds the legacy, though in a very different vibe. True to the season, this is a more coiled and tangy style. With a gorgeous, pale salmon hue, it delivers watermelon, guava, Pink Lady apple and tangy pink grapefruit. A touch of impeccably gauged pithy bite unites with vivacious Tasmanian acidity to provide tension that will appreciate a few months bottle age to come into its own. This promises to come right on cue for the start of summer 2021. Impressive line, length and class.”
