In stock

A little sweet, and a little lively.

Combining notes of vibrant berries and crisp citrus, this is a Rosé that dances to the beat of its own drum.

A new wave of wine, for a new wave of sippers. Crafted by those who are brave enough to blend generations of Brown family winemaking wisdom into something, a little different.

Contains less sugar than our Brown Brothers Moscato Rosé.

Vineyard Region: North West Victoria
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 10%
Colour: Pale salmon
Aroma: Honey dew melon, guava and delicate strawberry
Palate: The palate is fresh with citrus and rose petal flavours
Peak Drinking: Until 2022

Recommended food pairings: A Little Sweet Rosé is a fantastic wine to be enjoyed on its own with a group of great friends and family. For food, try sushi and sashimi as well as other lighter seafood plates. This rosé is also very good with spicy chorizo pizza with a rocket salad atop

Growing Conditions: The grapes for this rosé were grown in the north west of Victoria. They were harvested during the cool of the night to ensure the retention of fruit flavours and freshness.

Winemaking notes: The cool tank fermentation was stopped by chilling the wine to below 0˚C leaving some of the natural grape sweetness in the final wine. It was bottled with an alcohol of 10%, pH of 3.05 and a TA of 6.0g/l.
