This release of the Sparkling Moscato Rosé follows on from the success of the Moscato range of wines. Sparkling Rosé is a luscious and refreshing sparkling, with lovely red berry notes.
Recommended food pairings: The Sparkling Moscato Rosé is a classic aperitif wine to enjoy on its own. With food, it is great with a wedge of crisp pear wrapped in prosciutto or a fresh fruit platter and light style cheeses like brie or camembert.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes with a small percentage of Cienna (4%) to give the rosé colour. The grapes were harvested from mid February to late March 2019 at baumés ranging from 10.0 to 13.3. T
Winemaker: Cate Looney
Winemaking notes: The wine went through fermentation using the Charmat (tank) method to develop the desired bubble and was bottled soon after this with an alcohol of 7.0%, a pH of 3.22 and an acid level of 5.2g/L.
