Barbera Wine Pack

How to build your own Barbera Wine Pack:

  1. Simply select which wine you would like to add and how many bottles from the list below.
  2. Pack can be made of mixed wines as long as it has a total of 6 bottles in it.
  3. Due to low stock there is a limit of 1 bottle of each museum wine per pack.

Although little known or planted in Australia, Barbera is the most widely planted red grape variety in Italy. A native of the Piedmont region in the hilly north-west of the country, it is regarded with great fondness by local vignerons, as it is a generous bearer and produces elegant wines full of natural spicy fruit, crisp balancing acidity and relatively low tannin, making it the perfect partner to the wide range of foods they enjoy through the seasons.

The Barbera grapes used to make this wine were grown in the King Valley, in the foothills of the Victorian Alps.

It makes a very versatile and attractive accompaniment to a wide range of Mediterranean inspired dishes.
