A fresh twist for our fruity range of wines. The Moscato & Pinot Grigio brings together everything that is great about these two wine styles.
Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced apple and pear flavours. It would also be fantastic with pan-fried chimichurri flathead fillets or why not try it with a ripe brie cheese with fresh pear segments.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Pinot Grigio from our Banksdale vineyard in the King Valley. The grapes were harvested from early March to mid-April 2018 at baumés ranging from 10.0 to 12.5.

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 6.5%, a pH of 3.21 and an acid level of 5.4 g/L.
