Refreshing tropical fruit flavours, racy acidity and a zesty finish.
The 2018 1889 Sauvignon Blanc is sourced entirely from our Tasmanian vineyards. This refreshing wine is true in style to its cool-climate origin and is best consumed when young and fresh.
Recommended food pairings: This flavoursome dry white wine makes a delicious accompaniment to a prawn rice paper rolls with a soy/fish dipping sauce. Or why not try it with a traditional Caesar salad? Also Sauvignon Blanc in France is often enjoyed with the bitey and high acid goats’ cheese of the northwest.

Winemaker: Tom Wallace
