Our Pinot Grigio is crisp, fresh and savoury with peach and pear aromas.

With excellent natural acidity, it makes a popular choice to enjoy on its own, with an antipasto platter or fresh seafood dishes. Best served chilled and enjoyed within 1-3 years of vintage.

Vineyard Region: Victoria
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 12.5%
Colour: In the glass, the wine is a pale straw colour with a youthful green hue.
Aroma: The nose is bursting with crisp pear and peach aromas.
Palate: The palate offers distinct savoury characters and a tight finish. Unlike the French style which is richer on the palate, Pinot Grigio is crisp, fresh and savoury.
Peak Drinking: Until 2022

Recommended food pairings: This versatile wine is proving to be a popular choice for any occasion, with or without food. Try this wine with olive oil and garlic spaghetti with artichoke, Kalamata olives, goats cheese and fresh chilli. Alternatively, this wine is always a great match to an antipasto platter containing artichokes, olives, asparagus and prosciutto.

Growing Conditions: The Pinot Grigio grapes used to make this wine were grown at select vineyards throughout Victoria. The fruit was harvested from mid February to late March at baumé levels ranging from 12.5 to 13.5.

Winemaker: Geoff Alexander

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation and was completed with an alcohol of 12.5%, a pH of 3.41 and an acid level of 5.46 g/L
