While Spain and Italy also make extensive volumes of rosé from a number of different varieties. Rosé can come in all manner of colour and flavour. The consistent quality of good dry rosé is the refreshment value and want for more once the bottle is finished.
Winemaking notes: The 2018 Dry Rosé is a blend of Shiraz (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) from our home vineyard at Milawa in the King Valley of North East Victoria. The grapes were harvested from late February to late March at baumé levels ranging from 10 to 12. It was bottled with an alcohol of 13%, a pH of 3.37 and a TA of 6.0.
