A new twist for our fruity range of wines. The Moscato & Sauvignon Blanc brings together everything that is great about these two wine styles.
Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced exotic flavours. It would also be fantastic with a blue swimmer crab spicy laksa or why not try it with salt and pepper squid.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Sauvignon Blanc from Tasmania. The grapes were harvested from early Marchto early May 2017 at baumés ranging from 9.7 to 12.6.
Winemaker: Cate Looney
Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 7.0%, a pH of 3.23 and an acid level of 5.2 g/L.
