We love this Moscato Tart created by Alisha Henderson from Sweet Bakes for a World Moscato Day treat!
• 400g strawberries,
• 150g Brown Brothers Moscato
• juice of 1 lemon
• 3 eggs
• 90g melted butter
• 175g sugar
• 5 gelatine leaves
Soak gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water.
Blitz strawberries to make a juice then strain.
Place strawberry juice, Moscato, lemon juice, eggs, butter and sugar in a pot over a medium heat.
Stir gently until mixture comes to 80c (around 10 minutes).
Remove from heat and pass through a sieve and allow to cool to 55c.
Once cool, stir in gelatine leaves.
Pour into your previously prepared tart shell (almond shortcrust bread is a delicious combination!).
Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey.
We teamed up with Alisha Henderson from Sweet Bakes for a World Moscato Day treat! Follow her recipe below to make a delicious Sparkling Moscato Rosa Buttercream frosting for cupcakes.
• 4 cups icing sugar
• 1 cup Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato Rosa
• 250g butter at room temperature
• Drop of pink food colouring
Boil Moscato Rosa over high heat for 10 minutes until it reduces to ½ cup.
Place icing sugar in stand mixer bowl with paddle attachment. Slowly pour Moscato Rosa into bowl with beater running. Beat for 5 minutes.
Add butter and beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
Scrape down the bowl and add pink colouring.
Beat for a further minute.
Decorate your cupcakes!

• 2 ripe mangos
• 1 tsp honey
Peel the skin then cut the mango into small pieces. Blend or mash the mangos to get a smooth texture. Mix in the honey. Apply to your face for 15-20 minutes. Relax with a glass of Moscato & Chardonnay! Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Pamper yourself with a homemade Rosa Body Scrub and a glass of Moscato Rosa. Our body scrub is Moscato scented of course!
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup solid coconut oil
• 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of Moscato essential oil (search online for places to purchase)
• Red food colouring
Combine the sugar, coconut oil and essential in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Add in a drop or two of red food colouring to make pink. Store in a glass jar.
