We teamed up with Alisha Henderson from Sweet Bakes for a World Moscato Day treat! Follow her recipe below to make a delicious Sparkling Moscato Rosa Buttercream frosting for cupcakes.
• 4 cups icing sugar
• 1 cup Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato Rosa
• 250g butter at room temperature
• Drop of pink food colouring
Boil Moscato Rosa over high heat for 10 minutes until it reduces to ½ cup.
Place icing sugar in stand mixer bowl with paddle attachment. Slowly pour Moscato Rosa into bowl with beater running. Beat for 5 minutes.
Add butter and beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
Scrape down the bowl and add pink colouring.
Beat for a further minute.
Decorate your cupcakes!

• 2 ripe mangos
• 1 tsp honey
Peel the skin then cut the mango into small pieces. Blend or mash the mangos to get a smooth texture. Mix in the honey. Apply to your face for 15-20 minutes. Relax with a glass of Moscato & Chardonnay! Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Pamper yourself with a homemade Rosa Body Scrub and a glass of Moscato Rosa. Our body scrub is Moscato scented of course!
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup solid coconut oil
• 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of Moscato essential oil (search online for places to purchase)
• Red food colouring
Combine the sugar, coconut oil and essential in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Add in a drop or two of red food colouring to make pink. Store in a glass jar.
