Grapes of Mirth returns to Brown Brothers this January 23rd 2021 for an afternoon of live comedy, music, food & wine.
Join host Merrick Watts with some of Australia’s favourite comedy legends for an unforgettable afternoon sprawled out on the lawns with vineyard views.

The bar will be fully stocked with your favourite Brown Brothers wines as well as local beers, cider, soft drinks and coffee.
Pack your chairs or picnic blanket, BYO snacks, or pre-book a picnic hamper with your ticket for the perfect day out.

Grapes of Mirth is on Saturday 23 January 2021. UPDATE: Due to expected high temperatures the event will start and finish an hour later. Gates open at 4pm, with comedy kicking off at approximately 5pm. Live music from DJ Pedro until everyone has found their place.
All tickets will need to be pre-purchased before the event. There will not be any tickets available for purchase on the day. You will be required to show your ticket upon entry to the venue.
There is no BYO alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks, only sealed water bottles are permitted.
Picnic hampers are available for pre-order which you can purchase with your ticket. Hampers are $40 for 2 people and include: salami, olives, salmon, cheese, crackers, baguette, quince paste and dip.
Alternatively we encourage you to BYO homemade snacks and food for a picnic, as our Restaurant will not be serving food for this event. Small eskies are permitted. Please do not bring metal cutlery or glassware.
Bars setup around the venue will be serving mostly beverages with a selection of ice creams.
Picnic rugs, low back chairs and camping chairs are permitted. However if you’re using a camping chair, you will need to sit towards the back of the venue so as not to obstruct the view of other patrons.
Beach umbrellas are not permitted.
Due to the space limitations, please leave your four-legged furry friends at home this time. Seeing-eye dogs are an exception.
Children are not allowed to attend this event as it’s 18+ and some of the content might not be appropriate for little ones.
We encourage all visitors to be sun-smart and bring your own hat, sunscreen, sunglasses for the day. We are expecting very high temperatures and encourage all visitors to keep hydrated. There will be umbrellas for shade as well as a station for ice and a cooling mist station.
