Wine Blending Challenge
Fourth generation winemaker at Brown Brothers, Katherine Brown, is known for her innovative and tenacious spirit. She lives by her Uncle, John Graham Brown’s mantra: “if you don’t ruin at least one wine a year you’re not trying hard enough!”
Join the cellar door team and discover how to blend wine and trial blends, finally settling on your favourite to submit for judging. The competition to stick to the winemakers brief is fierce, the winner will be invited back to the winery for an access all areas afternoon (including lunch) to work with the winemaking team and refine blends set for release.
The low down:
A one hour blending session at 11am or 3.30pm daily during Feast High Country
Take a bottle of your final blend home with you!
