Make: Coconut & Elderflower Splendour

Our version of ‘splendour in a glass’, combining fragrant elderflower with a splash of gin, coconut water and refreshing Brown Brothers Moscato.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 400mL Brown Brothers Moscato
    or Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato
  • 250mL Coconut Water
  • 50mL Elderflower Cordial
  • 50mL Gin
  • Ice

GARNISH

  • Lime Wheels
  • Lime Leaves

WHAT TO DO

  • Add all ingredients to a 1L jug, fill to brim with ice and stir
  • Serve in glasses filled with ice
  • Garnish with lime wheels and lime leaves
