With a colour reminiscent of summer sunsets, blushing cheeks and your favourite croquet polo shirt, why would you not choose rosé today? Don’t let its sweet hues fool you. This baby is a crisp dry drop, made from Pinot Noir grapes. Playful and preppy, classy and so damn drinkable.

Smells like: Cherries and strawberries, with a savoury hint

Tastes like: Red berry compote, with a crisp, super clean finish

Goes with: A great margarita pizza, tiger prawns with aioli, or brie and quince paste. The next round of bowls.

Description

Wine making: Made from 100% Pinot Noir, that was harvested early during a warm February. The conditions generated lifted red berry fruits and a lovely balance.
