Your Place

This section is designed to help you enjoy your Brown Brothers wine to its full potential. It provides helpful recommendations and seasoned advice on how to cellar, serve or match your Brown Brothers wine with food. Plus it can help you find a Brown Brothers retailer near you.

Each Brown Brothers wine has been made to drink now. However, some of our wines will benefit from further cellaring under the right conditions.

Brown Brothers has included the serving and cellaring recommendations on the back label of each wine. We have also included this information with each wine on our site. Use our Wine Wizard to find your favourite wine and read about its serving recommendations and cellaring potential.

Should you wish to cellar our wines, we recommend that they are cellared under the correct conditions.

Since 1994 visitors to our Epicurean Centre Restaurant at Brown Brothers have been able to take home copies of recipes for the dishes they have enjoyed. This has given them the opportunity to recreate the fabulous flavours of our food and wine matches.

These recipes are now available here for you. We have taken the best recipes and will continue to add new recipes at the end of each seasonal menu.

Use our Wine and Food Matcher to search our recipes by wine, ingredient, dish style or season.
