Cellaring recommendations

Each Brown Brothers wine has been produced to drink now. However, some of the wines will benefit from further cellaring under the right conditions.

We include cellaring recommendations on the back label of each Brown Brothers bottle and the accompanying tasting notes for each wine.

Store wine in a cool dark space with minimum temperature and humidity changes. Corked bottles should be stored horizontally but sparkling wine is best stored vertically. Keep a record of what you have stored so you never cellar anything for too long.
