• Exclusive wine offers,

• Epicurean, Brown Brothers’ magazine

• We may use independent researchers to assist us in better understanding and servicing the needs of Epicurean Club members, and we may give those researchers access to some or all of our database to conduct this research.
• We use an external mailing house to send information by mail to members. As a part of this process, we have to provide members’ names and postal details, but nothing else. We require our mailing house to immediately delete or destroy these details immediately after use.
• We may be required or authorised by law to disclose personal information, for example to law enforcement agencies; or we may disclose information with an individual’s consent.
It is necessary for us to obtain your date of birth, to ensure that we do not supply alcohol to minors. We also provide name and address information to transport companies in order to deliver purchases of wine.
Requesting changes or access
You can request not to receive a particular type of communication from us, or you can withdraw from the Epicurean Club altogether at any time. Please use the contact information above if you wish to do this.
We are also happy to provide you with details of all your personal records at your request.There are certain exemptions that may apply to the provision of that information. Brown Brothers may charge an administration fee for granting access to information.
